in 2012 we were appointed by the ministry of youth and sports, Iraq, to ensure that the newly appointed contractor and their design team would deliver a 5 star hotel on this well located site in the heart of Basra. The contractor shapoorji palonji, and their design team, led by Dewan architects and engineers, have prepared the design with our supervision. AMBS have worked closely with hotel specialists, DMA, from the UK as well as Mott Macdonalds engineers who are involved with us on delivering numerous projects in the region.
