Ministry of Health HQ, KRG

Having successfully completed numerous projects for the Ministry of Health, KRG, we were invited to bid on the design for their New head quarters in Erbil.

The design consists of minimal masses, a cube and triangle, intersecting at angles, each clad in contrasting materials.

The negative space of their intersection allows for a dramatic atrium that travels from entrance to the roof at a 45 degree angle.

The contractor was appointed in 2013 and was scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2016.
