The medical masterplan sets out an organisational strategy for delivering worldclass level healthcare services, for the current and future generations of Iraq.
Establishing large scale medical institutions ensure healthcare provision is up to an international standard. Although there is a tendency to decentralise many aspects of care, only large centre’s can support the necessary degree of sub-specialisation.
