The Faruk Tower is an exemplary mixed-use scheme in the heart of Sulaymaniyah, in northern Iraq. The building re-integrates the site with the surrounding streets and provides an amenity for the entire community.
The development consists of one parking level, three stories of commercial space, five stories of offices and five stories of residential apartments.
The building encourages economic and cultural diversity, by rejecting zoning to encourage a diverse urban area. The inclusive aspect reflects Faruk Groups’ core values of; integrity, humanity, excellence and democratic principles.
