This development in the heart of Fulham high street was full of complexities throughout planning to construction, however, END Studio were able to defy the odds and deliver this to the highest of standards expected by the client.

With the offices at ground floor, there were a total of 4 full planning applications to be able to obtain the permissions necessary within this conservation area.

Through extending nearly 4.5m at the rear of both plots, and adding a new level above the existing roof, we were able to create a total of 5 units: 2No. x 1 bed, 2No x 2 bed, and
one large penthouse. The windows on the new rear façade were orientated in a way to ensure that there would be no issues with the neighboring properties at the rear.

The entire development is fully sustainable, allowing for over 7kw of Electricity to be generated at roof level, as well as collecting and reusing all the collected rainwater.
