Emery Hill

Working with high-end interior designers, AMR Studio, we delivered a sophisticated house for a private client in central Victoria. Following a successful application for a change of use from office to domestic, we obtained permission for a roof extension and solar panels in a complicated conservation area.

A four-storey property with a dark basement, the proposed design allows for a double-height space at the rear that brings natural light into the lower level using a sweeping feature spiral staircase. The classical and regal theme is executed with luxurious materials and fittings, making each level feel like a different scene from a movie set. The top-floor master ensuite is clad in
shimmering blue quartz, combined with mirrors that reflect the natural light from the large skylights above. No expense was spared in delivering this unique home that is fit for royalty.
